In our Oct 2019 team strategy offsite, we came up with our vision statement- “Enable every enterprise user worldwide have the right cloud experience”. For us, the word ‘right’ is extremely important, it represents our philosophy of excellence, transparency, and respect for our customers. We have consciously invested time and effort in every single customer touch point. Be it our pre-sales activities, customer on-boarding and adoption, continuous engagement, feedback on our services or any additional support required by the customers, our teams are consistently matching and going beyond the expected standards.
We heavily focus on our employee experience (EX) too through upskilling, technology exposure, mentoring and a caring culture. We believe that positive employee experience (EX) goes a long way in providing great customer experience (CX). Our teams have ensured consistent customer experience (CX) even when the going has been tough. We are also thankful to our customers who have always trusted and encouraged us to foray in newer areas with a confidence in our abilities to deliver successful outcomes.
