When I started working on our next venture, one of the things I was conscious about was that we will build a great brand that will be respected worldwide. Not only that, but we will also achieve or surpass our performance in much lesser time as in comparison to previous ventures. We were confident of this due to three things: A clear vision, our BETTER values and our ability to build great teams that deliver customer value. So, it does give me great pleasure to say that within the first 4 years of our existence, Bluepineapple has achieved many of its milestones in less than half the time as compared to our last venture. One of the most important being, ‘we are now 100 people strong’! This is important because we are a people business. We value our team members not only because they are really talented or have a focus on excellence or that they banded together on our BETTER values but because we are all a part of a cloud journey that is truly transformational and each one of us has a role to play. To enable us on this journey we have committed to ensuring all round development of our employees that focuses on technical, consulting and leadership areas.
Our founding team and leadership team are whole heartedly committed to this and we put ourselves to the same efforts for our personal development.

I believe that this is now firmly etched in the ethos of our team and the culture that we are bringing. This is the culture that new age software companies need to embrace to grow, thrive and also find a sense of purpose in how we contribute to a higher value proposition to ourselves, our eco-systems and our customers.
Our teams have achieved great milestones along the way starting from our CreatorCon Challenge finals! We have delivered apps on the stores (our and our customers). We have set strong processes for development of our teams and our delivery model (TEAMFIT), constructed and innovated on hybrid and remote work models in quick time with the support of our team and customers. This ensured that none of our team members and their families were in harm’s way due to unnecessary exposure owing to work commitments. We are really proud of these and many more achievements!

When I started this journey, I had confidence that we could pull this off with the parameters we set forth. I was confident that the world will support us in this quest. I was confident that our founders, cloud partners, friends, ex-colleagues, customers, investors and advisors will come forth to help us, advise us, critique our thoughts, vision and approach. And I was confident that this will create a virtuous flywheel that will fuel higher order thinking, problem solving, superior execution and innovation. I am deeply humbled and grateful to all of our team members (past and present) and all the other well-wishers who are an integral part of the Bluepineapple family and of our journey! The support we got was overwhelming at times.

I would like to take this opportunity to also thank my family and our founder families as nothing would be possible without their patience and constant support.
What is next?

Our team is now inspired and charged up. The quest continues to bring high value multi-cloud innovations that can benefit our customers. We continue to dive deeper in the cloud platforms and higher in our consulting abilities. We seek like-minded folks to join us. I am sure that we will reach 200 very soon!
