Our First product is Green Folder which is a document automation and collaboration solution.

Today, we are re-imagining these processes from an experience point of view of these different stakeholders. Most organisations that are not highly digitised have manual processes and systems in place for managing record keeping and documentation. With the advent of email and electronic systems, these have moved to emails/electronic files but still follow a predominantly manual process. Typical issues that arise are version management, access to the latest version, manual errors related to both documents and their processing etc. These can lead to serious lapses and consequences for the business.
When our product innovation team, looked at these requirements, they imagined the new paradigm to enable smooth, error free and automated processes and systems that also enable a high degree of collaboration. These are our key principles when we designed our product suite, Green Folder, which helps customers manage this basic but important aspect of digitising their organisation. Our Second product is Green Verifi which is a Video based compliance solution for KYC processes.
Customer onboarding is a common process where company needs to verify the customer’s identity. Currently, the process is manual with an agent visiting the customer’s address to verify his identity. GreenVerifi facilitates the same process over a video call, where the customer can show his documents and the agent can verify them. Automated face match and OCR using AI and ML provides an additional layer of verification. The entire call is recorded for audit purposes. GreenVerifi also provides a configurable engine which can be expanded to include other use cases including employee or contractor onboarding etc. It can be easily adapted to meet requirements of different regions and jurisdictions.
